A millenary tradition and its new horizons

Haveli is the longest running Indian restaurant in Florence. Its long story, which began in Punjab and reached the beating heart of Tuscany, tells of the millenary cuisine and culture of India of which it is the strict guardian. The restaurant is managed by Jyoti Singh, a chef who is a member of the Florentine Chefs Association and an established sommelier, and his wife Rubel, who carefully oversees the economic and organizational management of the restaurant. We interpret the soul of India with a new and contemporary vision, because while we are tied to our traditions, we never give up on looking ahead.
